Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This applies to every product on Leaders n Teachers: digital downloads, printed copies, the Teachers' Mail Club, school curriculum, training and services.
If something is wrong with your order
If a file does not open, is damaged, or is not the product you ordered, or if a printed copy reaches you damaged or with missing pages, write to us within 7 days with your order number (and a photo for printed copies). We will send you the right file or a new copy at no cost.
Training and services
You can move a session to another date if you tell us at least 48 hours before it.
